Payments

You can make a payment online or at the office when you arrive. To make an online payment, please follow the steps below.

Counseling Session (Non-Military): $80 per session (couples)
Counseling Session (Non-Military): $70 per session (individuals)
Counseling Session (Military/Veterans): $65 per session (for couples)
Counseling Session (Military/Veterans): $60 per session (for individuals)
Counseling Session (Students): $25 per session

If you wish to pay for multiple sessions, please multiply the rate above by the number of sessions you wish to pay for, then write the total in the box below that says “Other Amount”.

Be sure to write your name so we can track your payment. Then, click “Pay Now”.

Booking Fee

All appointments require a booking fee.  At the time the appointment is being set up and all fixed appointments will require a booking fee.  The booking fee will be owed as soon as you make your next appointment. This is to prevent people from making appointments and not keeping them.  It is also for people with a fixed appointment. 

The booking fee is nonrefundable but will be applied toward the appointment for the day which the booking fee is made. We require 24 hour notice to change your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in losing your booking fee. Please always remember to contact our office as soon as possible, to prevent losing your booking fee.

Appointments are made to safeguard your appointment time. We assist numerous clients that have limited available, therefore your time slot is valuable. Cancelling or forgetting your appointment is a missed opportunity for another couple that needs our attention.
